What is the dress code?
Casual dressy is required unless specifed. Costumes are truly a option but very much encouraged so that you can have the full fun experience of being apart on a interactive live theater.Depending on theme or unless specified,please no explicit and/or inappropriate logo/ printed T-shirts, inappropriate shorts, flip-flops,or inappropriate torn clothes are permissible. Jeans and certain T-shirts are acceptable. Please send a inquiry email if you have any questions concerning dress code.
Do you offer private events?
Yes, we do host several events. We ask that your party at least contain 6 or more people so that we can have enough suspects to have a killer event. Please send a form and your inquiry will be answered within 36 hours, if not recieved please call 612-704-5766.
Can we choose our own theme or do we have to choose one of yours?
Yes you may choose your own theme for your private ,team building, and corporate party. Requirements for choosing your own party theme please give a 30 days notice to company, so that party is properly equipped with everything need to host a awesome party. But you also are very welcomed to choose one our already prepared themes.
Is the environment kid-friendly? Is Weapons even concealed carry allowed?
All public dinner shows are not for anyone 15 years or younger, due to the content of show. But we do offer to do private shows for all ages. We cannot allow weapons into our show, even with a concealed to carry permit, or in areas where it is otherwise illegal. No exceptions. For the safety and security of the minors present we have to follow this guidlines.
What is the food, alcohol, disruptive rules?
Yes most of our public shows offer a four course to five course meal and alcohol( drinks and gratutity are not included in ticket purchase). No outside food and/or drink is allowed at public shows. Sorry there is no exception to this rule. To -go Boxes are not allowed due to health code and venue restrictions. Cash bar and drink packages are available for purchase at public shows. Atm is easily accessible inside the venue. If any guests in your party ariive at the show visibly intoxicated or become visibly intoxicated or overly disruptive during show itself. We reserve the right to refuse service to those guests and/or ask those guests to leave the show without a refund of monies paid. Also private,team,coroporate shows must have their own food vendors and/or alchol vendors served per their right ,policy, and standards. If we are to provide food and/or alcohol to private, team/corporate shows monies need to be paid in full within one week of scheduled event, and there is a no refund policy attached to this service.

How long does public dinner last and how early can I arrive? What do we need to bring?
Our public dinners last 3 1/2 to 4 hours. You may arrive as soon as doors open the earlier the better so that your can recieve clue packets,pictures taken, get drinks from bar, mingle with mystery actors and people at table, and character info. We cannot guarantee entry to late arrivals past one hour after show startand no refund will be given . You must bring printed ticket, physical ticket , and /or show your smartphone ticket as long as visible. online tickets will be sent to your email once purchased, if you dont get that email please contact us immediately so we can ensure your purchase. we will be happy to resend email confirmation. Check your Spam or Promotional email cause confirmation email can be in these folders.
Private parties a minimum of 2 hours but no longer than 4 hours. Team/corporate events minimum of 3 to 6 hours. For more information call scheduling 612-704-5766
How can I be a part of the show? If we have a large partycan we sit together?
Everyone is a part of the show. But we know that some people may not want to interact but come enjoy the show that is fine as well. We offer VIP tables which sits 6 to 8 people if you have a party larger we will try to sit you close together. because our public shows are limited we suggest everyone in your large party buy their tickets all at once to ensure your whole party can be accommodated at the show and ensure a space for each member of your party.
Do you offer group discounts? Do we offer refunds?
Yes, we do offer 10% group discounts for public dinners for a party of 12 or more .
We do Offer 20 % group discounts for corporate /private events for party of 200 or more.
once your purchase is complete you agreed that all sales are final. Due to our contract and guantee to the venue all particapants are counted and paid for in advance. We cannot and will not offer partial or full refunds for show tickets and/or packages. The All Sales are final agreement is absolute and includes all illness (including Covid 19,injury, family emergency, and trip cancellations. Should you need to reschedule and it is a t least 7 days before your scheduled event , then $20 /ticket transfer fee will apply, no transfers less than 7 days before the event. No meal changes less than 3 days before the event, including at the event itself unless food mistake was on the company mistake.
Does your menu include vegetarian and/or vegan, gluten-free options? What about Allergens?
Yes we do have ,gluten -free ,vegetarian and vegan options at all public dinner event. Please contact us in email if special accomations is needed. Due to food being served from venue please inform us by email and/or phone call of allergens and at check-in of your allergens. We will not be held responsible for unknown allergies or food restrictions unless noted beforehand. Please inform server that you need the special dinner to ensure your safety at event.
When hosting private or team/corporate events should I inform guest that it is a murder mystery?
Yes, because we like when guest are dressed in costumes for parties or some guest may be shy or timid to being apart of a live interaction show. Also you want people to be excited about coming to show and ready to have fun.

Are there any benefits for attending a public event for customers?
Yes we offer awards and prizes for several different winners. Also know that your private information is safe from being shared or disclosed to anyone
Can I still use a expired ticket or free ticket ?
Yes we will honor these tickets and it will be for the full promotional value at no additional cost. please email if you have a expired/freeticket and you want to use. Use code expire1 or code free2 when using these form of tickets.
what is my risk or assumption of risk of being exposed to Covid 19?
We appreciate your willingness to attend our public shows and we strive to ensure the safety of each participate. even though we strive to use preventive measures set forth by company and host venue are intended to help reduce the spread of any virus ( includind Covid 19) we cannot guarantee you will not be exposed during your visit. When ticket purchase has been fulfilled we do ask that you acknowledge the following. 1( you will follow all facility rules,all local city, county, and state ordinaces, and protocols. 2( All guests will be notify of rules by ticket purchaser of that acknowledge and agree that you are voluntarily assuming all risks of exposure to any virus including Covid 19,and agree to release, waive, and discharge Motley Crew Murder Mysteries ,the host facility,its parent entites,amd all related & affilliated individuals ,and entites,Anyone involved in the event which you are attending .from all claims directly or indirectly arising frm your attendance at our event.
